Emily and Mike were married at Our Mother of Sorrows Church in Centreville, MD and had their reception at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club in Stevensville, MD on a perfect August day. CBBC is a unique venue in that you have a spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in the background along with a sunset on the water. From the flowers that Rhonda Kaplan used in the lanterns to create soft romantic centerpieces to the amazing table of sweet treats that Jen from 2Hands Studio designed, it all came together beautifully and seamlessly tied into the venue.
All of the thoughtful little touches that Emily and Mike incorporated were amazing. Emily gave her dad a pair of cufflinks that she had had made with a photo of her wearing a wedding dress as a little girl. Her dad was moved to tears since his speech made reference to the fact that this wasn't the first time she'd worn a wedding dress! I love these meaningful details! The way everything tied in together so perfectly was moving.
Following the delicious dinner, Ken Rochon & Insa Nd of Absolute Entertainment brought everyone to the dance floor and kept the party going!
